THE ANATOMY OF A FROG

I grew up in a small town by the name of Walnut Creek California.
Being very young all I remember is a home filled with love and caring and safety and, wait for it. FROGS.
Frogs were everywhere at certain times of year due to all the water available around the area. It was hard to drive on the street without missing them. I adopted a frog THAT I named Herman. He was so sweet, cute, and green.
So I took him to my first grade class of day to share. When I came in from recess, Herman was not in the comfy cage I had created for him/her.
It turns out that Herman was borrowed by some seventh graders to do an anatomy lab dissection. Yuck! you might say. One of those memories that never goes away. I still love frogs, but especially the anatomy of a frog.
God made frog anatomy so that they absolutely cannot do two things.
Number one they can’t look backwards. Frogs only look to what’s in front of them. One of my big lessons in life and it has made things so much easier. Don’t look back just use what you remember and move forward.
Being such a “smarty pants’ as I am told, I am sometimes. I asked “Alexa” why can’t frogs look back? she’s simply said “frogs cannot look back because they don’t have necks“. “Duh“ I thought. They were created to look forward only?
I want to be like a frog.
Use the past but leave it behind.
I used to hand out keychains with a frog on them. People love them. I think I will start something like that again.
PS there’s something else frogs cannot do. They cannot jump backwards.
Go figure.
God is an incredible designer, whom I am in Constant AWE of.
Be like a frog Diana!
Joyplease!
